At Care Portal Australia, we believe every person deserves the opportunity to live with dignity, independence and choice. Our mission is to connect participants with quality support that enhances wellbeing, builds confidence and helps achieve meaningful goals.
Care Portal Australia was founded by Christopher Gaid and Pelin Okul, who lead the business as Founders and Directors. We work alongside participants, families and support networks to create personalised support that reflects each person’s goals and needs, whether that is NDIS support for an adult in the family or aged care at home for Mum or Dad.

Your Language, Your Culture
You can talk to us on the phone in English, Arabic or Turkish, and our support workers also speak Vietnamese, Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese), Hindi, Urdu, Dari, Pashto, French, Italian, Serbian and Macedonian, so you and your family can be supported in the language you are most comfortable with.

Yes. We are registered with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission (Registration No. 4-MDXT6TH) for Assistance with Travel/Transport (0108), Household Tasks (0120) and Innovative Community Participation (0116). You can check our registration on the NDIS Provider Register.
Care Portal Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 78 699 096 207) is owned and run by its Founders and Directors, Christopher Gaid and Pelin Okul.
Yes. As well as NDIS supports, we provide aged care at home, including personal care, nursing, respite, care coordination, meals, laundry, shopping, household tasks, gardening, home maintenance and social support, funded through Support at Home or paid privately.
Yes. Our support workers hold NDIS Worker Screening clearances, and we follow the NDIS Code of Conduct.
